Honestly? We hope you never need this page. But if something arrived damaged, wrong, or just not right  we're here. We're a small, mom-run operation and we genuinely care about getting it right. So reach out and let's figure it out together.

A quick but important note: Super Sprinkles are food-based products designed to support everyday nutrition. They are not medicines, supplements, or medical treatments, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results may vary.

1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of our products (freeze-dried food and functional ingredient blends), we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are:
Damaged or defective upon arrival,
Incorrectly supplied, or
Expired or unsafe for consumption at the time of delivery.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially consumed products unless they are found to be defective.

We cannot offer returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including instances where a customer decides they no longer want the product, does not like the taste, or no longer requires the item, unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

2. Reporting a Problem
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Please include:
Your order number,
A brief description of the issue, and
Clear photos showing the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect).

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or in poor condition, we’ll happily replace it or offer a refund.

We may request photographic evidence or, where appropriate, return of the item before approving a refund or replacement and to help us improve quality control and fulfil our CPA obligations.

Refund or replacement options:
Replacement: We’ll send a new item at no additional cost.
Refund: The full amount (including delivery fee, if applicable) will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return or confirmation of issue.

4. Incorrect Items Received
If you received the wrong product, please let us know within 7 days.
We’ll arrange for collection and send the correct item as quickly as possible.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for different flavours or product variations once a product has been opened.

If you’ve ordered the wrong item by mistake and it has not been opened or used, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
You will be responsible for the return courier cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
Opened or used food and supplement products
Items not in their original, sealed packaging
Products purchased on sale or as part of a promotion (unless defective)

7. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

If your refund seems delayed, please first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times can vary.

8. Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by emailing hi@superbynature.co with your order number.

If your order has already been shipped, our standard return policy will apply.

9. Shipping Returns
We will provide you with the return address and courier instructions when your return is approved.

Please ensure your parcel is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
